Privacy statement
This page explains what data I collect through the signup form on paraaf.ai, why, and what rights you have.
Who I am
Ilya Chardome, trading as paraaf.ai, Antwerp, Belgium. VAT BE0865.465.078. I am the data controller for anything you leave here.
What I collect
When you fill in the signup form: your email address, optionally your first name, and the exact wording you agreed to at the moment you submitted. Nothing else — no address, no phone number, no payment details, no tracking profile.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to your AI-scan request. The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), given by ticking the box on the form.
Where it’s stored
Your data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, part of Cloudflare’s infrastructure. I am the only one with access to it.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare, as the hosting provider. If I turn on email notifications for new signups (optional, via Resend), Resend receives the same data to send that one email. No other third party is involved — no ad network, no reselling, no newsletter tool.
How long I keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask me to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to, and receive a copy of your data. For any of these, email hallo@paraaf.ai. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
Cookies
This site sets one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, to remember which language you last viewed the site in. Purely functional, no consent required. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without recognising individual visitors.
Changes
I may update this statement. The date below shows when that last happened.
